Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
