Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 packet Sazón seasoning
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • BBQ sauce, for basting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Sazón, adobo, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
  6. Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
