Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salted caramel sauce, for topping
  • Coarse sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla and sour cream until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Once chilled, drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Slice into bars and serve.
