Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until combined.
Spread half of the tortilla chips on the sheet pan. Top with half the beef, beans, cheese, tomato, onion, and jalapeño.
Repeat with another layer of chips and remaining toppings.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with avocado, cilantro, and serve with sour cream and salsa.
