Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili beans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Fritos corn chips, for serving
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
  • Sour cream, for topping
  • Shredded lettuce, for topping
  • Diced tomatoes, for topping
  • Sliced black olives, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef and onion to a slow cooker.
  3. Add taco seasoning, cheddar cheese soup, Rotel, chili beans, and water. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. To serve, place a generous handful of Fritos in a bowl, top with the taco mixture, and add shredded cheese, sour cream, and your favorite toppings.
