In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and milk.
Place the pork chops in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops, making sure they’re well covered.
Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours or until pork is tender.
About 15 minutes before serving, stir together cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker and stir gently. Cover and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the pork chops with sauce over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
