Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the white beans, corn, green chilies, chicken broth, and all the seasonings.
Stir gently to combine, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks.
Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth.
