In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Mix in honey, melted butter, egg, and salt until combined.
Add 3 1/2 cups flour and mix until the dough begins to form. Gradually add more flour if needed.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Form the dough into 12 rolls and place them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 25 minutes or until puffy.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
