Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
