Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, sliced peppers, and onions. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables in the seasoning.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture.
Serve warm in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
