Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz bacon, chopped and cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts inside and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked bacon.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  6. Optional: Remove some sauce and stir in cornstarch to thicken. Return to crockpot for 10 more minutes.
  7. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite veggies!
