Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer half of the cake cubes, then spread half of the cream mixture over them.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layers with remaining cake cubes, cream mixture, and strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
