Ingredients

  • 6 cups Strawberry Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup white candy melts
  • Pink or red sprinkles (optional)
  • Butter or nonstick spray (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Strawberry Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, using a spatula or clean hands to press evenly.
  6. Let it cool for about 30 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white candy melts in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  8. Drizzle melted candy over the cake and top with sprinkles if desired.
