Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing and shredded cheese.
Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and press into the mini muffin cups.
Spoon the beef mixture into each biscuit cup.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing. Garnish and serve warm.
