Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or more if desired)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped turkey, celery, and red onion.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and stir until the mixture is well coated.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
