Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and a little water; simmer 2-3 minutes.
Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
Top with seasoned beef, black beans, and shredded cheese.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly.
Remove from oven and add olives, jalapeños, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
