Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7UP until a soft dough forms.
Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to about ½ inch thick.
Cut biscuits using a round cutter and place them in a buttered baking dish.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
