Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter lettuce or mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss chopped apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Add grapes, celery, and walnuts to the bowl and toss to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Serve on a bed of butter lettuce or mixed greens. Enjoy chilled or immediately.
