Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Lay the zucchini strips on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Place a spoonful of the ricotta mixture onto each zucchini strip and roll it up.
Arrange the rolls in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
