Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

For the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely.

For the Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the cooled crust.

For the Chocolate Ganache

  1. Heat heavy cream until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for a minute.
  3. Stir until smooth, then drizzle over the tart.
  4. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
