Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add egg, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and flour. Stir gently until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
