Ingredients

  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with blackened seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped Romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  6. Assemble the wraps by layering Caesar salad and cooked shrimp in each tortilla.
  7. Roll up tightly and serve immediately or wrap for later.
