Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  7. Scoop and serve chilled.
