In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the Oreo crust.
Whisk the chocolate pudding mix with milk until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with chocolate shavings or extra crushed Oreos.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
